Inner Reflections Therapy
A Space for Reflection, Growth, and Healing
Inner Reflections Therapy offers a compassionate space for individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by experiences they have not fully been able to understand or share.
Rooted in reflection, growth, and healing, our work helps clients gently explore the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and life experiences that shape how they see themselves and relate to others. Through culturally responsive and faith-sensitive care, we support clients in reconnecting with clarity, resilience, self-awareness, and a deeper sense of meaning in their lives

She strives to create a safe, non judgmental space where clients feel understood, respected, and supported as they navigate emotional distress, life transitions, faith related struggles, and personal growth.
Drawing on her clinical training and diverse experience, Khadeja integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), DBT informed skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness based and trauma informed approaches, along with psychodynamic insight into patterns and relationships. She tailors her approach to the unique needs, goals, values, and cultural context of each client, helping them understand how their thoughts, emotions, behaviours, relationships, and past experiences are connected, and how they can begin to create new, healthier patterns.
Khadeja believes that people may not always have control over what they have been through, especially in the context of adversity and trauma, but with the right support they can rediscover safety, agency, and hope. Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, culturally sensitive, faith sensitive, and respectful of clients’ religious values and lived experiences. Fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, Khadeja is committed to making mental health support feel more accessible, relatable, and meaningful for the communities she serves.
